Community health services include: access to support groups, home visits, chronic disease and communicable disease information, medical screening, woman/infant/child (WIC) food program, maternal and child health, Children’s Special Health Care Services program, tuberculosis testing, immunizations for childhood diseases, sexually transmitted disease information and treatment, anonymous and confidential AIDS testing and counseling, pregnancy testing, care for the mother before and after the baby is born. Call for a list of clinics. Fees are based on ability to pay.
